All new subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew please contact us at least 7 days before the renewal date. Renewals are not subject to our refund policy as they are outside of the initial 30 days of upgrading to the Premium Membership. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.

We do not charge a commission for our services and definitely do not add anything to the cost of flight tickets. We do not sell flights - our service re-directs you to third-party websites where flights can be bought (OTAs, Airline Websites).

Due to the amount of time spent searching for flights we do not have the capacity to assist members with regards to flight reservations. 

Our team is constantly checking prices online until they find something worth sharing with you. Once found we send the offer directly to your email.

We have the Free membership which doesn't require a fee and the Premium membership which is a paid service. Join the Free membership and if you like what you see, why not give the Premium membership a try!

We cover all UK airports. Although most deals will depart from the main international airports, we look at all regional airports to see if there are any offers and make sure these are shared with our members.

We send out two main emails fully packed with a variety of flights every week. On top of that, if we find a good offer, we will also email that to you as a bonus (mainly for Premium members).

Our team scans the web for best deals every day and when we find them we send an email. We don't sell the flights we just give you the link to the airline or online travel agent.
